Ocean City “Health Class” (1933)
Yoga Update: Classes will be held early mornings (approximately 7am) on one or more days, depending on interest. If you are registered for yoga, you will receive an email in early September. Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one!
356 Registry member Susan Tannehill has generously offered to lead a morning yoga class to be held on the beach, or in the ballroom…. to be determined based on weather and conditions. Suitable for beginners and all levels. Bring your own yoga mat, if you have one, and some comfortable clothes. Start your day in the fresh ocean air with a unique experience along the beach in Ocean City.
Deep Stretch
Good for all levels, deep stretch is a class that links unhurried breath with movement. The class moves at a comfortable pace, which allows the body to deepen into a stretch or pause in a strength-building pose. Expect deep hip, back and leg openings with longer holds to gain strength and increased mobility. This class attempts to find balance through movement and mindful breathing/meditation. Benefits: improves flexibility, joint mobilization and body alignment.
