Banquets (Thursday – Saturday)

Our Thursday Night Welcome Party will be hosted by the Flanders in their spacious Ballrooms and Promenade, with a “Beach Party” theme.  With numerous tasty food stations and a full open bar, we think you will really like the vibe, and enjoy the good time music of a well known local “beach boys” style band called “Tidal Wave”.  The Welcome Party is included in your registration fee, so enjoy (advance registration required)!

Saturday’s Awards Banquet will also be at the Flanders Hotel, with a cocktail hour (butlered hors d’oeuvres and appetizers), and a duo plated dinner of crab cake and filet mignon, with salad and dessert.  The Flanders banquet chefs provide first class meals and the service is outstanding. The full service open bar will complete your evening, in addition to the awards presentations and program.  We think it will be a fabulous night to cap off the Holiday.
